Singpass offers digital identity to Members of the Public (MOPs) based on information provided by authoritative agencies like ICA and MOM. Additionally, Singpass serves data to partners via myinfo. Data that it ingests from other source agency, such as LTA. When MOPs experience issues with their digital identity validity, or with incorrect or incomplete data, our helpdesk, and operation officers need to be able to troubleshoot what the problem is. We need to build tooling to empower our officers to troubleshoot and resolve MOP issues as fast as possible.
