The Salesforce Centre of Excellence (CoE) team drives efficient Whole-of-Government (WOG) Salesforce adoption by establishing standardised best practices, reusable frameworks, and comprehensive playbooks that agencies can leverage for their implementations. We provide guidance on architecture, security, DevOps, and integration patterns, ensuring consistency and quality across government projects. Our playbooks cover everything from initial setup and data modelling to testing strategies and go-live readiness, reducing the learning curve for new teams. By centralising expertise and sharing proven approaches, the CoE enables agencies to implement Salesforce faster, with fewer risks, and at a lower cost than building knowledge from scratch independently.
