Legal 365 is AGC's flagship AI platform for legal innovation. It powers a growing ecosystem of intelligent applications that help prosecutors and legal officers draft documents, analyse legal content, summarise judgments, and automate repetitive legal workflows. Built on modern cloud and AI technologies, Legal 365 serves as the foundation for next-generation legal services within Singapore's public sector. Interns will work alongside engineers, designers, and product teams to develop real-world AI products that deliver measurable impact to hundreds of legal professionals and contribute to the responsible adoption of AI in government.

Learning Outcomes

Full-Stack Development Skills: Gain hands-on experience in developing and maintaining scalable, user-centric web applications for public sector legal workflows. Programming Mastery: Enhance proficiency in modern languages (e.g., TypeScript or Python), adhering strictly to enterprise coding standards and software design patterns. API Architecture & System Design: Learn to design, build, and optimize high-performance, secure, and scalable RESTful APIs and relational databases. Emerging Tech & AI Integration: Acquire practical exposure to integrating modern AI tools, natural language processing, and automated document handling into production software solutions. DevOps & Agile Delivery: Develop practical knowledge of containerization (Docker), CI/CD pipelines, and agile methodology in a collaborative cross-functional team environment.

Prerequisites

- Strong foundational knowledge in computer science principles, data structures, and algorithms. - Proficiency in at least one modern programming language (e.g., TypeScript, Python, Go, or Java). - Experience with web development frameworks (e.g., React, Node.js, Express, or FastAPI). - Familiarity with relational databases (e.g., PostgreSQL, MySQL) and version control using Git. - Exposure to Docker, cloud services (AWS/GCP), or CI/CD pipelines will be an advantage.
