- Pursuing a degree in Business, Information Systems, Computer Science, Data Science, Public Policy, Economics, Operations Management, Communications, or a related discipline.
- Strong analytical and structured thinking skills, with the ability to organise ambiguous information, identify patterns, and translate scattered signals into practical recommendations.
- Good written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to prepare clear documentation, concise updates, and materials for both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
- Comfortable working with digital tools, spreadsheets, documents, presentation materials, collaboration platforms, and basic data analysis or reporting workflows.
- Able to understand technology-enabled products at a conceptual level, including basic software, data, system integration, AI, or digital service concepts, and comfortable working with technical stakeholders to clarify issues and dependencies.
- Familiarity with product management, product operations, issue tracking, user research, service design, knowledge management, AI-enabled tools, dashboards, or public sector digital products will be advantageous but is not required.
