About the Product Management Practice The Product Management Practice (PMP) is GovTech's centre of excellence for product management capabilities. We help strengthen product management and Product Operations practices across GovTech, building the standards, systems and capabilities that enable teams to deliver better digital products for the public good. We are looking for a Product Operations Intern to join the team and gain hands-on experience in how Product Operations enables product teams, programmes and communities to operate effectively at scale. What You Will Be Working On As a Product Operations Intern, you will work alongside Product Operations specialists to support the workflows, programmes and operational processes that underpin PMP's work. Your work may include: Workflow & Programme Operations Support the day-to-day running of operational workflows across capability development and other Product Operations initiatives. Coordinate activities such as participant onboarding, scheduling, communications, assessments, tracking and follow-ups. Maintain trackers, forms, records and other operational tools to ensure information is accurate and up to date. Test new or updated workflows from a user perspective and help identify gaps, friction points and opportunities for improvement. Document processes, SOPs, templates and guides so that workflows are easy for others to understand and use. Tools & Process Improvement Support the setup and maintenance of simple forms, trackers and other operational tools. Assist with User Acceptance Testing (UAT), help test process improvements and simple workflow enhancements before they are rolled out. Identify repetitive or manual tasks and surface opportunities where processes could be made simpler or more efficient. Support basic reporting on programme participation, progress and other operational metrics. Feedback & Continuous Improvement Support feedback collection through surveys, interviews, retrospectives and programme check-ins. Consolidate feedback and operational observations to identify recurring themes and pain points. Help Product Operations specialists track improvement actions and close the feedback loop with participants and stakeholders. Contribute ideas on how workflows and participant experiences can be improved. Product Operations Community & Capability Building Support Product Operations community activities such as learning sessions, workshops, sharing sessions and events. Assist Product Operations specialists in preparing training materials, playbooks, templates and resources for the wider Product Operations community. Support event logistics, participant communications, feedback collection and post-event follow-ups. Help organise and document useful practices, examples and lessons learned so they can be shared across GovTech.
