We are looking for a Product Manager Intern to help scale our Open Digital Platform (ODP). As ODP grows, we are opening up our platform to an ecosystem of partners. You will actively help figure out how we bring ODP to market with external partners. You'll research what our partners need, identify technical and business friction points, and help build the playbook to make connecting to ODP fast, simple, and reliable. - Help create a simple Partner Onboarding Playbook (guides, setup steps, and feedback channels) to get partners up and running quickly. - Set up short feedback loops with early test partners to learn fast and continuously improve ODP. - Work closely with product and engineering teams to balance speed, quality, and simplicity when shipping partner features.

Learning Outcomes

Real-World Platform GTM: Learn how to launch and scale a physical-to-digital software platform through strategic partnerships. Product Management Core Skills: Hands-on experience with customer research, market analysis, feature trade-offs, and iterative shipping. Bridge Hardware & Software: Turn complex OT/IoT technical requirements into clear product features and partner guides.

Prerequisites

Tech Curiosity (OT / IoT): Familiarity or a strong interest in Internet of Things (IoT), smart building technologies, edge devices, or basic API concepts. Interest in Go-To-Market (GTM): Excited about business strategy, developer platforms, and how software products grow through partner networks. Analytical & Pragmatic: Able to take feedback from different users, spot patterns, and summarize clear takeaways. Bias for Action: Proactive, organized, and comfortable communicating with both engineers and external partners.
