- Pursuing a degree in Business, Geography, Geospatial Science, Urban Planning, Environmental Science, Information Systems, Computer Science, Engineering, Design, Public Policy, or a related discipline.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to break down complex problems and think critically about user and business needs.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with confidence in engaging stakeholders and presenting ideas clearly.
- Demonstrated interest in product management, digital transformation, technology, data analytics, AI, or user experience design.
- Familiarity with Programming and tools such as ESRI, ArcGIS Pro, QGIS, Microsoft Office, Figma, Miro, Jira, Azure DevOps, Power BI, or similar collaboration and product development tools is advantageous.
- Comfortable working in a collaborative, fast-paced environment and eager to learn about building digital products from problem discovery through delivery.
- Prior experience in project work, hackathons, internships, product case studies, or technology-related extracurricular activities will be an added advantage.
