Info Services Programme consist of 5 products, WebSG (https://web.gov.sg), VICA (https://vica.gov.sg), SearchSG(https://www.search.gov.sg), WOGAA (https://home.wogaa.sg) and Oobee (https://www.oobee.tech.gov.sg). Our suite of products powers government websites and government agencies with seamless monitoring and smart AI tools, that make their digital information easily discoverable and accessible for members of the public.

Learning Outcomes

- Apply the product design process: Translate user needs and product requirements into flows, prototypes and interface designs. - Design based on real user needs: Participate in research and usability testing, and use feedback, research insights and product data to inform and evaluate design decisions. - Build design craft: Apply interaction, visual, responsive and accessibility principles to real product work. - Think across products: Understand how products within the WISE suite connect and contribute to a coherent user experience. - Collaborate effectively: Work with designers, product managers and engineers, communicate rationale and iterate based on feedback.

Prerequisites

We are looking for potential and strong fundamentals, rather than extensive experience. - Studying or recently graduated from Design, HCI or a related discipline. - Portfolio demonstrating design process and problem-solving. - Basic understanding of UX/UI and user-centred design. - Working knowledge of Figma or similar design/prototyping tools. - Good visual and verbal communication skills. - Curious, receptive to feedback and comfortable working collaboratively. Good to have: Exposure to user research, design systems, accessibility, analytics or AI-enabled product experiences.
