- Develop knowledge across key cybersecurity domains, including cyber risk management, security design and engineering, threat intel, third-party risk management (TPRM) and privileged identity and access management (PIAM), and understand how these capabilities contribute to WOG cyber security posture
- Gain hands-on experience in supporting the operationalisation of central intitiaves to WOG in areas including TPRM and PIAM, through stakeholder onboarding, addressing operational concerns and queries, developing user training resources, and supporting ongoing engagement and capability-building efforts to drive adoption and strengthen
- Develop communication and stakeholder engagement skills, including tailoring communications for different audiences, addressing stakeholder needs and concerns, and supporting effective engagement across cybersecurity initiatives
- Build proficiency in leveraging AI to enhance the development, speed and quality of deliverables which includes information synthesis, knowledge management, training and visual content, and user engagement
- Gain hands-on experience in planning and executing large-scale events and engagement activities, leveraging digital platforms and tools (e.g. Plumber, GovEntry) to support event logistics, stakeholder and vendor coordination, participant management and delivery of WOG engagements
