- Currently pursuing a Diploma or Degree in Cybersecurity, Information Security, Computer Science, Information Technology, Computer Engineering, or a related discipline.
- Basic understanding of networking concepts, including TCP/IP, DNS, routing, firewalls, and network protocols.
- Basic knowledge of operating systems, particularly Windows and Linux administration.
- Fundamental understanding of cybersecurity concepts, such as asset management, vulnerability management, malware, incident response, and security monitoring.
- Basic scripting or programming knowledge (e.g., Python, PowerShell, or Bash) to support automation and system integration activities.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to investigate technical issues and interpret security-related findings.
- Good communication and documentation skills, including the ability to prepare reports, present findings, and collaborate with stakeholders.
- Ability to handle sensitive information responsibly and comply with applicable security and confidentiality requirements.
- Preferred (but not required): Prior experience or exposure to cybersecurity tools and platforms such as Nessus, Burp Suite, SIEM solutions, Cuckoo Sandbox, CMDB/CMS platforms, Power BI, SharePoint, or IT asset management systems.
