- Currently pursuing a Bachelor's degree in Human Resource Management, Business, Psychology, Social Sciences, or a related discipline.
- Have an interest in Human Resources, particularly HR Business Partnering, Talent Management and strategic people practices.
- Possess strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with an interest in working with data.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel is required; knowledge of data visualisation tools or coding (e.g. Python, VBA, or similar) is an advantage.
- Good written and verbal communication skills and a collaborative mindset.
- Organised, detail-oriented, and able to independently manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.
