The Enterprise Portfolio Office helps GovTech turn internal product capabilities into clearer, faster, and more valuable outcomes for agencies. Interns will work across product discovery, GTM enablement, AI-assisted solution guides, Engagement Pipeline operations, tender evaluation, and contract-management improvement. They may create reusable product templates, analyse documents and data, map agency journeys, and develop practical recommendations or lightweight prototypes that reduce time to value.

Learning Outcomes

- Practical exposure to CRM data governance and operational reporting. - Experience translating business needs into process engineering and solution building. - Structured analysis, stakeholder communication, testing, and documentation. - Responsible use of AI and automation in enterprise workflows.

Prerequisites

- Interest in business process optimisation, CRM, data, or digital operations. - Comfortable with structured analysis, documentation, and learning new systems. - Willing to experiment with AI tools, vibe-coding, and no-code platforms. - Able to work carefully with sensitive enterprise information. - Good communication skills.
